Over at Newt, we are still open - selling online, and dispatching orders four times a week. Most things are still operating as 'normal' here, but in order to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers, some things may take slightly longer than usual.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
  • We are dispatching orders four times a week, meaning that all in-stock items will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days.
  • We are noticing some delays in the delivery networks, so some orders may take longer than usual to arrive. For UK orders, please allow for at least one week for a delivery to arrive, and do feel free to get in touch with us after this timeframe if you still haven't received your order. For international orders, we know there are some delays at customs while medical and food supplies are prioritised. Please expect additional delays of 3 - 4 days on top of our standard lead times for international deliveries.
SAFETY  MEASURES
  • All orders are picked and packed following strict hygiene measures including hand-washing and wearing of masks
