Christmas orders
Our UK cut off dates for Christmas deliveries are:
9am GMT 18th December for standard delivery
9am GMT 21st December for special guaranteed next day delivery
We've based the dates above on Royal Mail's delivery cut off dates, but delays at this time of year are possible so please place your orders early to avoid disappointment!
Our cut off date for international, non-UK deliveries is 9am GMT 11th December.
RETURNS
For any products purchased after 1st December 2023, we will be extending our returns window, meaning you have until January 5th 2024 to let us know that you'd like a refund.
Please note that you cannot return face masks for hygiene reasons.
